- If Niv can’t read this Mac’s saved key, you can now set this Mac up again with your passphrase or recovery file, instead of staying locked out
- When Niv can’t open your keychain, it now says your key is safe there and what to try, instead of a generic error
- In a long folder, the folders you’re in stay pinned at the top of the sidebar while you scroll
- The graph now tells you how many notes aren’t downloaded yet, which is why the links in them don’t show
- A folder with tens of thousands of notes opens and scrolls instantly in the sidebar
- Settings now has its own row in the sidebar, and a Settings… ⌘, item in the Niv menu
- A graph of tens of thousands of notes no longer freezes Niv: it arranges itself in the background while you keep working
- Opening the graph no longer downloads every note your cloud drive keeps online-only
- Once you’re signed in to Cursor in Settings › AI, Auto and Full access work even without Cursor’s command-line agent
- Niv checks every AI agent at once, so one slow agent no longer holds up the others, and a failed check says why
- Switching Spaces no longer waits on a very large folder, and files Niv couldn’t match stay on this Mac, listed in Settings › Sync
- When Cursor, Grok, OpenCode or Antigravity can’t start a reply, Niv shows the agent’s own reason instead of a generic error
- Antigravity can now be installed and signed in right from the model menu
- A new note reaches your other devices with its name, not as Untitled
- On a new device, Home no longer says “Nothing written here yet” beside your notes
- A first sync on a new device shows its progress, and notes appear in the sidebar as they arrive
