Members and roles
The people in a Space are its members. Each one has a role, and a few things are kept for owners and editors.
See who's in a Space
Go to Settings › Space. People lists everyone in the Space, with you first. Someone who is in a note right now shows which one.
On Home, the line at the top shows the Space's name and how many people are in it, once there's more than one.
Roles
Owner: the person who creates a Space is its owner.
Editor and member: the other roles a person can have.
Settings doesn't show each person's role yet.
What owners and editors can do
Publish notes, update their pages and unpublish them. Other members see whether a note is published, but can't change it. See Publish a note.
Change the Space's template settings. See Templates.
Set the Space's time zone for shared notes. See Daily and recurring notes.
Set up recurring notes for other people, when the Space allows it. An owner chooses whether that's owners only, or owners and editors. Everyone can set up notes for themselves.
